Apex Arcs (“Apex Arcs”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates apexarcs.pk, where customers can buy physical books and request print-on-demand services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and when we share it.

Please do not include information in a manuscript or cover file that you do not want us or the people involved in producing your order to handle.

2. How we use information

We use information as needed to:

  • take, confirm, process and deliver orders;
  • provide print-on-demand services and communicate with you about submitted files;
  • process payments, refunds, returns and customer support requests;
  • manage customer accounts and order records;
  • maintain, secure and troubleshoot our website;
  • prevent suspected fraud, misuse or security incidents;
  • meet applicable legal, tax, accounting and record-keeping requirements; and
  • send promotional messages where permitted and, where required, with your consent. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the email or by contacting us.

3. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to operate Apex Arcs, fulfil your request, or meet a legal requirement. This may include sharing relevant information with:

  • Courier and delivery companies, such as your name, phone number and delivery address, so they can deliver your order and contact you about it.
  • Payment providers, to process or verify payments and refunds.
  • Our VPS hosting provider, which provides the server infrastructure on which our website and its data are hosted.
  • Print or production partners, if a third party is involved in printing, binding, preparing or otherwise fulfilling a print-on-demand order. They receive only the files and order information needed for that work.
  • Website service providers, such as providers of security, backups, email, analytics or customer-support tools, if we use them.
  • Authorities or other parties, where disclosure is required by law or is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers, website or property.

These providers may handle information on our behalf or under their own terms and privacy policies.

4. Print-on-demand files

We use the manuscript, cover and specifications you submit to prepare and produce the book you requested, and to resolve related order or quality issues. We do not use those files to publish or distribute your book to the public unless you separately ask us to do so or give permission.

Access to submitted files should be limited to people who need them to fulfil your order or provide related support.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for any material you submit. Please do not submit another person’s confidential or personal information unless you have permission or another valid reason to do so.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support essential functions, such as keeping items in your cart, maintaining a logged-in session and processing checkout.
