Apex Arcs delivers books through reputable courier partners. We choose the courier for each order based on factors such as the delivery destination, service availability and the option we consider most suitable for your order.

Shipping charges and offers

Shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before you place your order. From time to time, an order may qualify for a shipping discount or free delivery. Any applicable offer and its conditions will be shown at checkout or in the offer details.

Available delivery options depend on the destination. If delivery is available to your address, the applicable options and charges will be shown during checkout.

Order preparation and delivery

Delivery time can vary depending on your destination, the courier service and the products in your order. Print-on-demand orders also require production time before dispatch. We’ll share an estimate where available; delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may change due to circumstances such as courier delays or conditions outside our control.

Please check that your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing your order. The courier may use your phone number to contact you about delivery.

Track your order

To check your order status, go to My Account and open Track Order. You can look up your order using either:

• your phone number and order number; or
• your tracking number.

Tracking details may take some time to appear or update after your order has been dispatched.
